The times demand that we reinvent ourselves, stay in tune with our readers, and make use of the technologies that are now increasingly accessible to everyone. This space was created with that spirit: to publish my stories in audio format, many of them originally written in a language that is not my mother tongue, yet fully my own in the way they are conceived and told.

As the project grows, we will also begin releasing content in Spanish, shaping this platform step by step as we move forward.

The stories of Israel Centeno seek what every writer hopes for: to take the reader —in this case, the listener— into worlds crafted with a particular aesthetic and a distinct way of looking at fiction, its circumstances, its histories and metahistories.

This space is meant to be a living territory for narrative exploration, a place to experiment with form and voice, and to share what literature continues to reveal: that storytelling always finds a way to begin again

La época nos exige reinventarnos, mantener el ritmo de los lectores y aprovechar las tecnologías que hoy están al alcance de todos. Este espacio nace con esa intención: publicar en formato audio mis historias, muchas de ellas escritas originalmente en una lengua que no es la mía, pero que igual forman parte de mi manera de contar.

Con el tiempo también iremos publicando en español, a medida que avancemos en este proyecto vivo y en constante transformación.

Las historias de Israel Centeno buscan lo mismo que todo escritor desea: acompañar al lector —en este caso, al escucha— hacia mundos construidos con una estética propia, una mirada particular sobre la ficción, sus circunstancias, sus capas históricas y sus metahistorias.

Este espacio será, entonces, un territorio para explorar narrativas, experimentar formatos y compartir aquello que la literatura sigue revelando: que siempre es posible contar, escuchar y volver a empezar.
